HomeSafe View: Live Swann DVR Viewing on Your iPhone and iPad

HomeSafe View offers a range of features to enhance your surveillance experience:

• View multiple camera feeds simultaneously, with the capability to display up to 16 cameras on one screen (ideal for iPads)
• Access and playback recorded footage from your DVR on your mobile device (requires a high upload speed internet connection)
• Real-time video capture from your camera's live feed, allowing you to review the footage later
• Take single or multiple still images and save them to your iPhone's picture library
• Remotely control PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) cameras

Please note that it is recommended to use current model handsets and iPads for optimal performance, especially when viewing high-resolution footage or monitoring more than 8 cameras simultaneously.

The following Swann DVR models are currently supported by HomeSafe View (x represents the number of channels available, which varies depending on the model):

Please be aware that other Swann DVR models are not compatible with this app.

It is important to note that HomeSafe View utilizes a data stream that connects to your Swann DVR through 3G/4G or WiFi. If you are using 3G/4G, video data from your DVR may be considered "downloads" by your phone service provider, potentially contributing to any download limits set by your data plan. Exceeding these limits could result in additional usage charges. We recommend consulting your mobile service provider to understand how using a video streaming app like HomeSafe View may impact your plan.
